Professional Journey
I started my career in customer service four years ago and quickly discovered that helping people solve problems is more than a job, it’s a passion.
With a strong interest in customers and a passion for technology, I have spent the past four years working as a Customer Support Specialist, providing support for enterprise and mobile applications across global teams.
Over the years, I’ve supported teams across IT systems, mobile apps, and digital solutions, assisting more than 40 users across 20+ locations.
